Creating a custom song is a meaningful and personal experience. These guidelines help the process stay clear, smooth, and respectful for everyone involved.

payment

Because each song is written and produced specifically for one person and one story, payment is required before the songwriting process begins. Once payment is received, we begin crafting your custom piece.

refundS

Every Songcerely song is created from scratch based on your story and details. For this reason, once the songwriting process has started, payments are non-refundable.

If we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility to correct it. From start to finish, we do everything in our power to make sure you're happy with the results and get what you paid for. It's extremely important to us that you end up with the song you wanted, and we do everything we can to make sure that happens.

If you have any questions or concerns before we begin, please make sure to reach out to us to make sure we’re aligned.

revisions

We want you to love your song. Minor adjustments to lyrics or small wording changes can be requested after delivery.

Because each song is artistically composed, larger structural changes or full rewrites may require additional time and fees.

turnaround time

Typical delivery time is 3–5 days after we receive your completed questionnaire and payment. During high-volume periods or for more complex requests, timing may vary slightly — we’ll always keep you informed.
