How long does it take to receive my song?

Our typical turnaround time is 3–5 days after we receive your completed questionnaire and payment. If we anticipate any delay, we’ll let you know right away.

When do I pay?

Payment is required before we begin writing your custom song. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we begin the creative process once payment is received.

Yes — we want you to love your song. Minor lyric adjustments or small wording changes can be requested after delivery. Larger revisions or full rewrites may require additional time and fees.

Can I request changes?
